	Medical Doctor: Randall W. Rodgers, DO Dr. Rodgers, a Naval Veteran, is a 1981 graduate of the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a “Designated Doctor” for the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation and is certified in the designation of maximum medical improvement and impairment ratings. He has been in private practice since 1982, after completing post-graduate studies at Stephens Park Osteopathic Hospital in Dallas, Texas. 	Director of Psychology: Charles R. Walker, PhD Dr. Walker holds a PhD in clinical psychology from UT Southwestern Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Dallas and he is licensed as a Psychologist Health Services Provider by the state of Texas. He completed his internship and a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at UT Southwestern Medical School. He served as a neuropsychology services director for a large regional hospital system before moving to private practice. 	Robert E. Carpenter, DC, PhD Dr. Carpenter holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas as well as a PhD in Health Administration. In addition, he holds Diplomate status with the American Academy of Pain Management and the American Academy of Spine Physicians. His interest in pain has lead to appointments to the International Association for the Study of Pain Special Interest Group on Pain and Movement and the Brain Injury. 	Family Nurse Practitioner: Donna Green, MS, RNC, FNP Ms. Green is a 1996 graduate from the Texas Woman’s University with a Master of Science in Community Health Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Ms. Green has certificates in Vision Screening, Hearing Screening, and CPR. 	Michael Driggs, LPC Mr. Driggs graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler, with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. He is licensed as a Professional Counselor and a Psychological Associate. Mr. Driggs acquired his experience through challenging and comprehensive settings that include private practices, physicians’ practices, employee-assisted programs, and a teaching/research hospital. In addition to competence with many general mental health and counseling issues, Mr. Driggs has significant experience with pain management, trauma disorders, and dissociative disorders. 	Director of Physical Therapy: Lynn Deal, MPT Lynn is a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, with a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Texas A&M University 1990. Ms. Deal has over 10 years of experience as a therapist and physical therapy director. In addition to her excellent patient care, she currently oversees all policies and procedures regarding the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). 	Physical Therapist: Laurie Stone, PT Laurie graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy after completing her undergraduate coursework at Oklahoma State University.
